Data Integrity &
Privacy Protocol
In the domain of industrial transfer learning, data is the blueprint. This policy outlines how CashPlanX safeguards proprietary technical information and user identification during model refinement.
01. Data Collection Scope
We collect limited personal data required for technical consultancy, primarily contact identifiers and organizational metadata. We do not store client training data on public clouds. All transfer learning artifacts are isolated within high-security local compute environments during the weight calibration phase.
- Direct technical intake forms and domain specifications.
- Model performance telemetry during validation cycles.
Public cloud storage for proprietary neural weights.
Governance
is Infrastructure
Your Rights & Control
Under standard General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and regional Alberta privacy laws, you maintain sovereignty over your information. This includes the right to rectification, erasure, and data portability of personal contact records.
Technical Auditability
Clients may request a disclosure record detailing which organizational metrics were processed during a specific model alignment cycle.
Protocol Matrix
CashPlanX reinforces privacy through strategic weight freezing. By decoupling identity-linked metadata from the neural weights of the target industrial task, we ensure that the resulting model is a pure functional artifact, devoid of PII or leakage risks.
Submit RequestInformation Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Disclosure only occurs to facilitate research partnerships under strictly vetted NDAs or when legally mandated by Canadian regulatory frameworks.
"In the industrial AI ecosystem, the security of the training set is as vital as the architecture of the model itself. Privacy is our fundamental constraint."
