These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CashPlanX regarding the access and use of our specialized transfer learning research portal.
01. Intellectual Property
All methodologies, Weight Calibration protocols, and custom-tuned neural architectures provided as part of the CashPlanX research portal remain the exclusive property of CashPlanX. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to utilize these research outputs for internal industrial validation only.
- / No unauthorized redistribution of calibration weights.
- / Architectural benchmarks are for internal assessment only.
Liability Limits
CashPlanX does not provide warranties for model performance on novel datasets or unverified hardware environments.
03. Modifications
We reserve the right to refine or decommission specific pre-trained model instances and validation stress-testing tools at our discretion to maintain current architectural standards.
RESEARCH
INTEGRITY
Usage of the portal is strictly prohibited for any activity involving decentralized ledgers, digital tokens, or speculative financial assets.
Operational Conduct
Section 4.1: Access Credentials
Account access is personalized. Sharing credentials with third-party technical entities without explicit written consent from CashPlanX is a violation of these terms.
Section 4.2: Automated Scripting
Mass scraping of research summaries or model performance logs through automated means is prohibited. All data extraction must follow our standard technical intake protocol.
Ancillary Stipulations
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of our Model Domain Adaptation services shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Calgary.

TERMINATION
CashPlanX reserves the right to terminate access immediately if a user is found to be repurposing Zero-Shot Feasibility Review data for unverified high-stakes autonomous systems without specific scoping.
